The GivingFuel donor management platform enables you to import contacts to become new records within the database. We offer a specific CSV template to download, add your contacts, and then re-upload on this form

The cost of importing contacts is a one-time $59 set up fee and $0.10 per contact. If you have over 1,000 contacts, please contact [email protected] for negotiated rates.

If for any reason the import process isn't able to be completed, a 100% refund will be given. Questions or concerns? Please contact our Solutions Team.

Every contact must have a unique Email Address, and the email address field is required for every contact.

The import process is done manually by our team with the assistance of a computer program. The expected time to complete this service is two weeks, from the date of payment and correct file upload. You may request the project be completed in one week for an additional fee of $99.
