The GivingFuel migration process will help move all of your recurring donations from your previous payment gateway to ours. This enables recurring donations to continue without having to contact the donor.

On this form, we will gather information about your organization and current payment processor, agree to terms, and collect a refundable payment.

The cost of importing this information is $250 per payment processor you are migrating from as well as a $1 per donor one-time fee.

A Note About The Import Process

Our engineers do imports twice a month on the 1st and 15th. We require the correct files from your current payment processor by either the 5th or the 20th of the month to stay on schedule. If a file isn't complete or doesn't arrive in time, it will be placed on the next cycle.

Terms of Agreement

I agree that once my payment processor has securely sent my sensitive data to Webconnex and it has been verified, Webconnex's system may take 4-6 weeks to complete.

I agree that I have verified with my payment processor to export and send an encrypted file of sensitive data (including CC/ACH numbers AKA “PAN”) to Webconnex, a PCI compliant service, that is not a gateway.

Please note, while you will use a compatible gateway of your choice, Webconnex itself is not your gateway. We will need this data to import from your previous platform.
