However, if you’d like to contract someone from our team to build your form(s) for you, here are the services we provide.
-Build the flow of applicable fields and options-Design the form with provided logo/graphics-Set up applicable conditional logic - limit of 5 actions-Two page revisions -One Demo Of Completed Form (30 minutes)

The expected time to complete this service is two weeks, from the date payment and form details are received to the date the client signs off on the project. Please note this might vary depending on each client’s specific needs. You may request the project be completed in one week for an additional fee of $99.
If the project is expected to take longer, our team will communicate the new timeline in advance.
