Timeline

The Reserved Seating Venue and Page Setup expected time to complete this venue and page build will depend on the size of the venue selected. Average build times is two weeks for venues under 3000 seats. Please note this might vary depending on each client’s specific venue needs. You may request the project be completed in under 2 weeks for an additional fee of $500. 

If the project is expected to take longer, our team will communicate the new timeline upon seeing the seating venue and scope of event requirements.

Venue Layout

***The more detail included in the venue layout will assist our master builders to get this created more effectively and efficiently. JPEG, PDF, EXCEL/CSV accepted.

Please be sure that the venue will include the Section names, Row letters -or- numbers, Seat Numbers and orientation (if going right to left or vice-versa), table numbers, etc.***

  • This can be entirely different venue locations or different seating layouts. Additional Layout Builds will come at an additional cost but get multiple venue discounts

***Consult with your master page builder if for the additional venues needed for the pricing options based on venue needs and turn around times.***

  • Each section will have its own unique pricing for either all the seats in the section or unique to the ticket type (adult, child, etc.)

  • I have sponsors, VIP, etc. attendees that will need seats reserved for them and not available to general public. *TicketSpice can offer this with codes to have these special tickets redeemed*

  • All tickets are available to the public.

  • I have pictures of what the event space looks like for each section

  • I do not have the images necessary to show what each section looks like at the venue.

Page Design Elements

Submit all that apply (our Page Builders will pull graphics and logo's from the website/webpage provided above, if those do not match your desired specifications upon consultation, please provide the desired logos/branding to your Page Builder at that time).
